Your best option for a Christmas sandwich of course is testing it with your next roast dinner with turkey or chicken as the meat of choice. With three slices of bread you can make a turkey club like sandwich with stuffing and a gravy soaked bread in the middle. If that's not your thing, try turkey and mayonnaise with a kick of cranberry for dressing which is a very sweet and delicious sauce and very rarely used in a sandwich, but now's your chance.
