Corned Beef and Cheese Sandwich

  • 2 slices Hovis Soft White Medium Bread
  • 100g Princes Corned Beef, canned
  • 3 slices thick deli counter extra strong white cheddar, 90g
  • 1 tbsp. Hellmann’s real mayonnaise
  • Butter, optional


  • Begin by laying to 2 slices of white bread side by side, spreading butter on the one slice, but this is optional
  • Remove all the corned beef out of the can, cut in half and cut thick slices, or enough to cover a slice of bread
  • Spread one tablespoon of Hellmann’s mayonnaise on your bottom bread slice
  • Now, evenly layer on your slices of mature Cheddar cheese directly on the mayo side
  • Then finally evenly layer on your slices – but sometimes mushy – corned beef over the cheese
  • Close it up, cut in a triangle and its ready to eat
