Turkey Mayonnaise Sandwich

Ever wondered what to do with your left over turkey or perhaps you have store bought turkey pieces you have no idea what to do with.

Well all you need to do is add a large dollop of mayo to make a quick and easy turkey mayonnaise sandwich using white thick cut bread. You may wish to add a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning but butter is optional – and that’s it.

  • 2 slices thick cut Warburtons white bread
  • 67g Bernard Matthews roast turkey breast pieces
  • 1 tbsp. Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, large heap
  • Butter optional


  • Simply lay out two slices of thick cut white bread side by side on the shopping board
  • In a bowl add 67g of Bernard Matthews turkey pieces cutting large pieces into smaller chunks
  • Then add one large tablespoon of Hellmann’s real mayonnaise in with the turkey and mix thoroughly so the turkey is covered in mayo
  • Take the bow of your turkey and mayo mixture and place it all on to one piece of white bread well making sure you cover the edges and corners
  • Finally close up the turkey mayonnaise sarnie with the second white bread slice and cut diagonally before serving
